Bernd writes and directs peculiar films about life, the universe and everything else... He was born and raised in an asteroid crater somewhere in the southern german countryside. Coincidence led him out of his small town into filmmaking world. Since then Bernd has won numerous international awards, including the Young Directors Award in Cannes, New York Festival and Deutscher Werbefilmpreis. Apart from these gratifications, he studied at the renowned Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg wich made him a state certified diploma director. His mother is glad that he at least got a decent degree…
